These are the terms and conditions for accessing and utilizing WoW Mall alongside its connections to other features within the Super App. By using the Site, you hereby accept these Terms and Conditions and that you’ve agreed to consent to these agreements (the “User Agreement”). This User Agreement is considered effective upon your utilization of the Site which implies your acknowledgment of these terms. If you do not agree to be limited by this User Agreement kindly do not, register with or utilize this Site. This Site is owned and maintained by Dialog Axiata PLC (PV:261). The Site maintains the authority to change, alter, add, or remove segments of these Agreements whenever without prior notice. When you use WoW Communication Services or send e-mails, text messages, and other chat options for communications from your desktop or mobile device to us, you may be communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, such as calls, e-mails, texts, mobile push notices, or notices and messages on this site or through the other WoW Services, such as our Message Center, and you can retain copies of these communications for your records. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
COPYRIGHTS & Trademarks
All content included in or made available through any WoW Services, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software is the property of WoW or its content suppliers and protected by the Sri Lankan local copyright laws and also the compilation of all content included in or made available through any WoW Service is the exclusive property of WoW and protected by the Sri Lankan local copyright laws. In addition, graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names included in or made available through any WoW Service are trademarks or trade dresses of WoW in Sri Lanka. WoW’s trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not WoW’s, in any manner that is likely to confuse customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits WoW. All other trademarks not owned by WoW that appear in any WoW Service are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by WoW.
LICENSE AND ACCESS
Subject to your compliance with these Conditions of Use and any Service Terms, and your payment of any applicable fees, WoW or its content providers grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and make personal and non-commercial use of the WoW Services. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of any WoW Service, or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of any WoW Service or its contents; any downloading, copying, or other use of account information for the benefit of any third party; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Conditions of Use, or any Service Terms are reserved and retained by WoW or its licensors, suppliers, publishers, rightsholders, or other content providers. No WoW Service, nor any part of any WoW Service, may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of WoW. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of WoW without express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other “hidden text” utilizing WoW’s name or trademarks without the express written consent of WoW. You may not misuse WoW Services. You may use WoW Services only as permitted by law. The licenses granted by WoW terminate if you do not comply with these Conditions of Use or any Service Terms.
YOUR ACCOUNT
To use certain WoW Services, you may need your own WoW account, and you may be required to be logged in to the account and have a valid payment method associated with it. If we are unable to charge your chosen payment method, we reserve the right to charge any other valid payment method associated with your account. You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure, as well as restricting access to your account, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. WoW sells products to both children and adults, who can pay with a credit card or another permitted payment method. If you are under the age of 18, you may use WoW Services only with the participation of a parent or guardian. Parents and guardians have the option of creating profiles for teenagers in their WoW households.
WoW’s alcohol or tobacco listings are intended for adults, and you must be at least 21 years old to purchase alcohol or use any site functionality involving alcohol or adult materials. WoW reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse service, terminate accounts, terminate your rights to use WoW Services, remove or edit content, or cancel orders.
REVIEWS, COMMENTS, COMMUNICATIONS, AND OTHER CONTENT
You are allowed to post reviews, comments, photos, videos, and other content; send e-vouchers and other communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information if the content is not objectionable, illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invading of privacy, violating anyone’s right to free speech, infringing on their right to publicity, or otherwise harmful to third parties. You are not allowed to use a fake email address, posing as another person or organization, or otherwise conceal the sender of a card or other content. WoW does not routinely remove or alter such content but does reserve the right to do so.
If you post content or submit material, you grant WoW a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, perform, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant WoW and its sublicensees the right to use the name you submit in connection with such content if they so desire. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify WoW for all claims resulting from content you supply. WoW has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. WoW accepts no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party. to use the name, you submit in connection with such content if they so desire.
RISK OF LOSS
All physical items purchased from WoW or WoW Merchants are subject to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to us and the merchant when we deliver them to you or when the merchant delivers them to the carrier.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
WoW does not claim ownership of returned items until they reach our fulfillment center or the merchant. We reserve the right to issue a refund without requiring a return. In this case, WoW does not retain ownership of the refunded item. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information on returns and refunds.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
WoW makes every effort to be as accurate as possible. WoW does not, however, guarantee that the product descriptions or other content of any WoW Service are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product sold by WoW is not as described, your only option is to return it in unused condition.

PRICING
“Price” refers to a product’s suggested retail price as provided by the manufacturer, supplier, or seller. We compare the Listed Prices to prices recently found on WoW and other retailers regularly. Certain products may display a “Sale Price,” which is based on Special offers during a campaign or non-campaign day.
We cannot confirm the price of an item sold by WoW until you order it compared with the current rate. Despite our best efforts, a small percentage of the items in our catalog may be incorrectly priced. If the correct price of a WoW item is higher than our stated price, we will either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. In the event of a mispriced item, other merchants may have different policies. We usually do not charge your credit card until your order has been shipped or, in the case of digital products, until we make the digital product available to you.
