How do I place an order at WoW Mall?

  • Search for the item on the “Search Bar" or browse for the products on our page. 
  • Click on the item you wish to buy & click on "Add to cart". or click on "Buy Now"(Add quantity if required).
  • Click on the "Cart Icon" in your top corner to view your cart.
  • Enter your registered Phone Number/ Email Id & Password on WoW mall.
  • Enter your personal details like (Name/Contact Number/Shipping Address with City).
  • Confirm the order details and select your "Mode of Payment".
  • Click on "I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions.”
  • Click on "Proceed to Pay".
  • Your Order number will appear on your screen.

How to find my desired merchant?

  • Click on WOW Mall Stores in the top right corner of the WOW Mall site.
  • Type the Merchant Store name at the Search Store.
  • Store will be displayed and click on Visit Button at the store to browse the product range.

Where can I get a product's full specifications?

  • When you click on a certain product, information about it is described, and you are then taken to the product page, where you may scroll down to get detailed information. On the product page, there is a chat button that you may use to contact the merchant if you still need more information.

Does all my items under the same Order number will be shipped together?

  • We cannot guarantee that items/orders placed on the same date will be delivered on the same day because they are processed differently and sourced from different merchants. As a result, delivery times vary depending on the product.

Note: Items purchased from different merchants are frequently shipped separately to ensure that there is no delay in the fulfillment of the Rest assured that you will receive all your items.

Where do you all deliver?

  • WOW does deliver throughout Sri Lanka. Customers in any region of the country can order deliveries from WOW. By entering your location in the delivery information field during checkout, you can determine whether delivery services are offered in your neighborhood.

How Long Will It Take to Get My Package?

  • The product's delivery timeline is 5-7 days determined by the City of Destination, these time frames are calculated using business days only, excluding Mercantile Holidays and Sundays.

What are the delivery charges?

  • Please be aware that the delivery fees are determined using the following factors and are displayed on the final checkout page:
    • Number of Items
    • Weight of the items
    • Delivery Location
    • If you include multiple items in your order from the same seller, then certain caps on charges may apply depending on the category and weight.

What Payment Methods are acceptable?

  • We do accept Credit/Debit transactions, and EZ Cash and you can redeem your Starpoints at the checkout.

How to cancel the order?

  • Contact our customer care and provide your order number for cancellation.
  • If your order is under Delivered/ Picked Up status then only if you are eligible for cancellation, will the team proceed further for Cancellation after consulting with the QC team in WOW considering the reason.

How should I pack the items for return?

  • Paste the label Order Number on the outside of your return packages or write it on the package. After packing your belongings, you can have them dropped off or picked up by the merchant.
  • The following needs to be ensured for all returns:
    • The merchant's original, undamaged packing for the Product must be used for returns, and no tape or stickers should be applied on the box.
    • To prevent harm to the package during shipping if the packing has been damaged, wrap the item in an additional layer of packaging, such as a plastic bag.
    • Include any freebies, warranties, tags, labels, manuals, or other accessories that were packaged with your product.
